Send feedback

A Send Feedback button is located in the Information window which Plus users (stores) can use to send you feedback on the various templates. It can be a way of receiving really valuable information such as ideas of improvement, reports of faulty templates or text or price corrections.

Set the feedback receiver

Per default, the feedback is sent to us at Shoppa. However, if you would like, you can set your head office as the feedback receiver. Contact our Support at support@shoppa.com and we will change the setting for you according to your needs.
